An expanding software engineering company occupying a 3-storey building at Tirunelveli IT Park required enterprise automation to fulfill ESG energy-saving mandates, eliminate meeting room AV connectivity delays, and secure software development bays with audit-ready biometric access control synced to employee HRMS.
Engineering Challenges
Massive power waste from lights and VRF air conditioning running in empty conference rooms and unoccupied weekend development wings.
Boardroom hybrid client meetings were plagued by 10-15 minute setup delays with laptop cables, audio echo, and camera framing issues.
Compliance audits required strict dual-factor access logs and zero proxy attendance for client-dedicated server rooms.
The VoltAura Engineered Solution
VoltAura engineered an enterprise DALI-2 commercial lighting system with integrated daylight harvesting along the exterior perimeter windows. Meeting rooms were upgraded to certified Zoom Rooms / Teams Rooms featuring ceiling beamforming microphone arrays and one-touch join consoles. At main reception and server rooms, we installed optical flap barrier turnstiles running OSDP v2 encrypted facial recognition terminals integrated directly with GreytHR payroll.

Installation Approach & Execution
All cabling and hardware installation was executed during scheduled night shifts and weekends over a 4-week window to ensure zero disruption to live software development shifts. Low-voltage panels and network racks were deployed on each floor with dedicated UPS circuits.
